He is also an Engineer from REC Trichy and has a total of 25+ years of experience in India and abroad. He has also been a Co- Promoter of Blue Shift Inc, which is currently a US $ 8 million organization. In addition Subramanian (PNS) has also promoted a software company, which was subsequently acquired by a NASDAQ listed organization. He has also been actively involved in recruitment for the last 8 years.

Suresh Reddy is a 1984 batch alumnus of XLRI. He has over 22+ years of experience in organizations such as ITC, Asian Paints, Rane, Murugappa Group. Suresh has recruited extensively in all these organizations and thus has the skill and capability of spotting
